I have been using corn head grease for about a year in an F-100 box. It stopped the small leak. I added a zerk fitting on the bottom of the housing to shoot some of the grease on to the sector shaft since I wasn't sure it would get any lube other than initial assembly.
It is meant for sealed gear boxes and I'm sold on it.
