Just went through this whole exercise for a customer last week. Canadian part only - never sold in the USA. You might find one in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore or South Africa. Where are you located? Part number only shows up in the 1928-1938 parts book and used in the big trucks commencing late 1934.
