What's wrong with your valve seats?
You need seat installation tools, which is expensive, if you need to install a seat. Whether or not the seat is replaced you will need a valve grinder and seat grinder to do your own valves. These are also expensive tools.
BTW, you don't need to install seats unless the original seat is recessed too much, or the block is cracked at the seat.
