Sometime in the 1960's, while traveling with my dad and mom, we stopped somewhere in, I think, Oregon, off the highway. There was the remains of a cab for a locomotive in a field. Later I learned that the whole locomotive was there and had been buried by a flood. Someone dug it up and got it running. Somehow this photo reminded me of that.
