Offering LOW NUMBER Massachusetts license plates for antique vehicle Year of Manufacture registration. I am at my winter residence in Vermont and they are with me. Due to the corona virus self quarantine life is boring. These numbers were checked a few months ago to see if already in use, or not. They were all "clear" then.
