Don't know about the wallyworld stuff, give it a try. My only experience with non petroleum solvents is simple green and I use it undiluted.
For the grease on the driveway just wet it then spray simple green full strength wait a few minutes, if the concrete has a "grain" like it was broom finished get a very stiff bristled brush (not a wire brush) and brush with the grain, wait some more, rinse. Repeat as necessary.
This stuff is not too harsh on your skin but I would wear eye protection, don't think it will play well in your eyes.
