When you click on the Reply button, select Advanced. You'll see a section that says Additional Options, under which is Manage Attachments. Click on that and choose a file with the proper file extension (jpeg works well). Make sure your file size is under 500k. When you've chosen your file(s), click Upload. You'll see the file name appear when they are ready. Then submit your finished Reply.
