I don't know what vehicle you're dealing with, but i have a friend with a 38 Ford car who runs no fan at all & has NO overheating issues. My 8ba with 400 Offy heads, Max 1 cam in a 52 Victoria has 180 stats & runs GR8 with a 3 blade....no over heating. My 2 cents, or, nonsense......
