We get those temp’s all the time in Inland Southern Cal. If it’s 100 to 110, we drive before 11 am and after 5 pm when it cools down to the low 90’s.
My wife and I grew up here when we didn’t have air conditioning in our houses much less in our cars until the 1970’s so we’re accustomed to it. People here in the U.S. need to adopt the custom of staying out the sun between 12 noon and 4 pm like they do in Southern Europe.
