I have a question related to kingpin installation. Mostly frontends are rebuilt with the frontend out of the car, so the weight is not on the spindles. Most kingpins need to have shims put under the bearings under the kingpin heads, due to years of wear on the top of the axle. The question is: Should the bearing be tight after installing shims (can't turn the bearing) or should it turn some?
