I have a horn that looses it's adjustment often, especially during parades. How can I keep it adjusted to the ahooga sound? Is my problem a worn Horn Motor Diaphragm or...........?

Also the horn does not seem the correct ahooga sound. Is this a bad Horn Diaphragm?

Any suggestions or words of instruction would be really appreciated.
