It's not in the latest Echlin parts book so I don't know what the primary resistance is. It just lists all the OEM part numbers it replaces. The list is long and includes many manufacturers. This is a very old Echlin number so it was likely one of their first batch of products back in the day. The coils for the 8BA types were 1.05 to 1.15 Ohms resistance.
