The Green Bible lists the switch as part number 11A 15224 - a Unity & Appleton design with 20 amp fuse so they weren't really made by Ford and two different switches were used. No picture so don't know what it looked like. I used a NOS Arc-less switch for mine that attaches and works the same as the ones below.

Here's a cool looking one on ebay that clamps under the dash and has the fuse:
