If the engines have been rebuilt (and even if it has not), use something like 10-30 detergent oil. There is no need for 30W non-detergent, you have to change it just as often no matter what oil is used. The T does not have a deep sump where the nasty stuff can settle out, not even around the flywheel area, so stuff is kept motion as soon as it's started. Google "Ford Model T oil"
