The '33-'34 truck version is entirely different and not adaptable to a passenger car.

The attachment holes in the pan for attaching it to the actual floor of the body are the same, four and V8. The difference in attachment holes are as I stated above, namely where the pan attaches to the #1 floorboard (the removable one).
