Peter, by hand does the pump put out excellent suction? Again not pressure but suction. If the top cover cork gasket shrinks any from sitting, they will put out pressure (or at least feel so) but not have any suction. The 32 pumps have such a thin cork gasket that this seems to be the problem I’ve seen a lot including one just last week.
