I messed with the throttle linkage, it did not have enough throw so it was only getting about 1/2 throttle! I fixed that, and it has a little more pep now

Lucy the Hound and I took it for a short drive in the country and by my folks place, runs pretty well although I gotta get the exhaust fixed...it's LOUD!
