Default Re: century of Progress shift knob

As far as I know, and I have an extensive Worlds Fair collection (but not everything), there may have been gear shift knobs sold by the other automotive manufacturers during the 1933 Chicago Worlds Fair, but, I do not believe there was an insert in one like Ford did for 1934 when they were at the Fair.
You have to realize that there were no licensing agreements like there are today, and because of that, anyone who got hold of the logo could have manufactured something. This is similar to the t-shirt stands that pop up during championship sports games today....similar items, but not licensed by the organization holding the event.
And with all things that maybe questionable, a picture is more than welcome to see what you are asking about.
