I fail to see how people can justify requiring a MO on HAMB when HAMB's official policy is this:

I do not know about "Official Policy". Maybe a recommendation, along with the low post count members. I have been on the H.A.M.B and just recently registered here. I would not attempt to sell or buy anything until I have been here for awhile and then send a PM and talk to the seller or buyer either via e-mail or on the phone.
