For aftermarket belts, ONE company makes them for everybody. Look at the sites and match up the buckles and other hardware. I got my 3-point front and 2-point rears from Wesco, they had the best price and good instructions. I got the b-pillar plates from them too.
I went with heavier washers on the bottom side of the floor, used old lower control arm washers that were around 3/16" thick.
