www.tracfone.com they have two reconditioned Android phones for $9.99 with bluetooth and wifi, both phones support memory cards, get yourself a 32gb memory card and fill it with music. You don't need to activate the phone to use it for music, you can also take pictures/video with it at car shows.
Bonus I use the GPS features when traveling.
