The key works perfectly---and first try
Stopped at Ace this morning and got a couple of B1 blanks. I decided to do layout (sharpie for layout dye) and hand file; then carefully filed each cut to within .001 to .0015 of finished depth. Key turned on first try; did a little touch up to ease key removal. Finished
Thanks for the information. Now have a working key within only hours of original request; and satisfaction of doing it myself rather than ordering. And it is a reminder of the helpfulness of the great people who collect and restore these and other old cars
