The car is an American Austin. 1930-1932 build. It is a coupe, generally referred to as a 5-window, as there are Business Coupes with only three windows. These were made in Butler, PA. The company went bankrupt in 1934, reorganized under new owners and made Bantams. They went on to invent the Jeep!
