nothing wrong with that. it helps keep parts in circulation. one mans trash ect ect. ive done it with my cars. its when its a flat out lie to shake the seller down just to make a buck is low. ive bought parts that were damaged to fix parts i had to resell, but there i have invested time and money to fix something to benefit anothier persons project. most of the time its been stuff i salvaged out of scrap pile because i could see it being useful to go back on a car instead of being made into rebar for another chinese bridge or sidewalk
