This axle in question is stamped/engraved REGENT No 939
One thing I learnt in primary/junior school was that if a manufacturer wasn't proud enough of his product to put his name on it, then said item is not worth buying....guess, sometimes, even if the guy puts his brand on the item, it's still junk!!
