We lost our son in 2012 and were told last Thanksgiving our daughter had pancreatic cancer. I asked everyone we knew to pray for her and us. I just couldn't handle losing another child, though they are grown ups with kids of their own. Fortunately she is one of the lucky small percentage that caught it early and is supposedly over this threat now. Been a terrible time for us but we feel blessed to have one back for now. All I can offer is my prayers for you and the family. Life goes on, but it is never the same. If you ever feel the need to talk, 925 820 0394.
