The problem is the design of the steering geometry. The sector shaft loading produces bending moments on the sector shaft support bushings that cause the shaft fit clearances all to one side, so facilitating oil leakage. Also wear of the bushings is relatively rapid due the loading.

I tried all of the oil leak preventive parts, but none have worked.

The only way I am able to stop oil from leaking out of the steering gear is to fill the gear box with synthetic grease, then add an ounce or two of hypoid gear oil. To add grease, substitute the oil fill plug with a grease fitting.

The idea is to get grease to seal the oil leak points at the sector shaft bushings.
