Only a DNA test would answer the question. If he was an illegitimate child then he was lucky not to have been raised by Henry Ford. Evangeline was basically Henry Fords secretary or personal assistant.
Folks love to dig up dirt on well know people. It sells books really well whether true or not.
The only problem now is that John died of cancer in 1984 and his son was murdered in 2013 but I guess John Jr had several kids before he died. The Fords would likely not want anything to do with it.
