Did you try good old Gasoline as a solvent?
Gas is rubber, plastic, paint safe.
It dries film/oil free..
Think of How many times in the last 40 years you have overfilled
the gastank in your truck and the paint has never been harmed?

We used to wash rental cars in gas to get road tar off them
after they had been driven down fresh oiled construction/roads, follow up was with water of windex.
