The Fastenal we have here is pretty good to deal with.If I have to order something,I am offered the choice of waiting for a stock order,(free)or have it sent to them right off.(I pay shipping)They leave it up to me.If I want to wait a few days it costs me nothing.If I catch it just right and order a couple of days before the stock order it shows up fast.If I order the day of the stock order I have to wait for the next free ride.Stock orders,(their own trucks)never seem to take more than a week.
