See additional photos. Car is fairly nice, but needs a ton of work on the little stuff, I drove it into my garage, so that is saying something.

It leans demonstrably to the drivers side. I looked at the springs front and rear and all seems in order. Is this easily correctible, and how did it get that way? Was the previous owner a 600 pound sumo wrestler, and the springs just gave up?

Previous owner welded a plate to the spare tire rack for a ball hitch. I am wondering whether this would be something that would add value down the road, or should I scrap it and return it to original.
