Low speed generator

Any body know part number, or have info on field coils
used on generator with bulbous case from about 1937.
The case was made to take large coils so it would charge
at low speeds. I think the # might be 79-10000A, but
not sure. Any info would be welcome, as I have one here
to repair for a club member.
