They welded on a cheesy logo tag that I ground off and smoothed out the header pipe.





On the front side of the flange that you look at, they only tack weld the pipes to the flange. I did not like this. I had a well known welder buddy TIG up the rest of the weld on the outside.




The block surface is just a bunch of weld built up and then ground flat on a sanding table.









And the ends of the tubes were too close together for the muffler shop to weld flanges to. He had to struggle with fit quite a bit.




But after quite a bit of tweaking, I am now happy with them. So it depends on how picky you want to get with them.









After seeing your pics, I wouldn't use them. I've had many custom headers built over the last 50 years, and I wouldn't waste my time putting those on a car of mine if they were free.
