I've seen insulation at Menard's that looks like 3/8" thick bubble wrap covered with reflective foil. Look for it in the insulation aisle, usually at the back of the indoor lumbar yard.
Jute is a thick soft cottony padding, looks to be made up of recycled fabrics, usually about 1/2" to 3/4" thick. I've seen it under a bunch of car carpeting and sometimes adhered to the interior side panels for soundproofing.
