I just found what I was looking for. The commercial rugs used in businesses that are supplied by uniform companies. They are a rubber mat with a carpet surface. I found them at a local Flea Market. 3 x 10 Black $20. They has other colors as well some 4 x 5 and 3 x 5. The 3 x 10 is perfect for a model A, covering front of engine to rear end. After it gets full of oil just power wash it.
