I just used a small propane camping coleman heater on recent short trip. Worked tooo good, there is no temp control full on or full off. Easy to use/start/stop, has pull out legs to keep from tipping. I cycled it on/off and with the normal "ventilation" blowing through these As, I didn't worry about CO.
