The best source of all the changes are the "SERVICE BULLETINS" and the "JUDGING STANDARDS".

By Sept. 1929 the oil return pipe would be in the lower position, your truck would have Twolite headlamps, might have 2 tooth steering. There are many more changes from earlier models. The trouble is many of these can be easily changed, so you need to look through these two books and see how many fit your truck and see if they look original to the truck.
