First of all do you have a early 1930 (28-29 style) cab or the later 1930 style cab?

Second...The reason you may not be lining up, up front is because the front body mounting brackets, the ones with two holes in them, were moved sometime and this may be your problem in that the frame you have is not set up for your body style.

Go to my website and review the frame article I did for MAFCA a few years ago...this may answer your questions.
