BINGO! Well almost, it is a 1908 Brush but the dog is a 2004 (insane) Smooth Haired Fox Terrier. Ozzie, the Austrailian Shepherd is not in any of the pictures??? Kind of spooky Bill.

More than the steering wheel is upside down, the engine turns backwards, the levers need to be down to start & you push the hand lever forward to back up. But it works amazingly well for a 1 cylinder car.
