Re: Paint Formula needed
I had a by the book Lombard Blue done in Concept.
The formula added a bit of white. I figured that white was there for a reason. The Lombard Blue I got is too light in color. The rest of the color in the formula seemed to equate with the original mix. As I recall, it has been a while, there were 2 blue tints, a green and black in the original formula. The formula that my dealer had includes a dash of white.
I base my opinion on the square inch of original paint on a door that appears to closely match the paint chip in the handbook (when surrounded by a neutral color).
So if someone were to talk to the PPG guys you might want to relay that information.
