The angle and the size seem reminiscent of the front (upper) floorboard. The bend at the narrow end MIGHT fit between the upper and lower board.

Possibly intended for installation of a later transmission in the Model A location?

Owner of a 29 CC Pickup and I don't recognize the part as anything specific.
