Hen's teeth. Anyone who owns one likely has the whole setup including the box - and is wont to keep them together - either for prosperity, or for the profit.

There is a Model T wooden equivalent. Model T service bulletins p.70 has the plan. It's been a while since I needed a stand - and there is some labor to re-create.
