Newc. As described in the service manual, (see picture) position fan hub so fill screw is on top, remove screw, add 1oz. of oil, turn fan to place fill hole at bottom to allow excess oil to drain then install fill plug. There is a “stand tube” inside the hub that allows excess oil to drain, so the oil is at the correct level. Not sure what the correct seal/gasket is supposed to be on the screw, but I use an Oring.
