Update: Third day after surgery. Pain level very tolerable, been able to avoid taking narcotics. Able (and encouraged) to walk with a walker. The at home regimen recommended (walk, exercises, ice pack) takes about 30-35 minutes ever hour.

Within that free window (when I don't care to take a nap) I will be able to take phone calls, work on a couple of V8 related 3D models, and (yech) administrative stuff.

Portland Swap Meet is still questionable, my pain level on the NON surgery knee is now often worse then the knee with fresh surgery so my mobility this year may still be limited.
