There is one thing that I am curious about. I am exclusively an "8BA guy" and have been through 7 or 8 engines. Most of them had minimal debris in the water passages.
Am I just lucky, or did Ford get better at cleaning blocks in the later years. Is this a phenomena mainly seen in the earlier engines?
