Re: Cable operated vacuum wiper on '47 PU
Thanks for the enlargement! I'll have to decide what to suck into this thing by the weekend when I install it. Tuesday afternoon I hit the road in the woodie for my fun filled four days at the Puget Sound Antique Tractor and Machinery Association's annual meet at Lynden Wa, up near the Canadian border. I'll be pulling the rear seat to make more room for my army cot and camping stuff along with all the other junk I'm bringing. This will be my 38th year at the event and I always sleep in whatever old jalopy I drive up in. I have been laying on a few coats of varnish just to make sure it's all sealed well in case of a shower. Rain is forecast for Monday, ending Tuesday morning, so I'm actually hoping I DON'T need this wiper. But you know me.... It's always safety first!
