"Kube" p[oses a good question. A one piece seal would have to be attached to the surface of the A-pillar and would easily be distorted yielding a poor fit. (I think.) Not a good idea.

Perhaps this might be helpful.
Here's the DRAKE door seals. One goes on door from bottom of door hinge to door bottom. The other follows the contour of the door and goes from the top of the door hinge and on the contour of the body.
Bottom door seal also shown.(Floor pan bolt in last photo is not stock.)
