Agree...Drain some coolent out of the radiator and use a dremell tool or some such to slightly expand and clean out the crack. Use JB Weld and let it sit for a couple of days, then put the coolent back in and fire her up and see what happens. Some of these sorts of problems come from not driving the A more often...stuff sits in the same place and tends to do damage that would not be done if the car is driven more and all of the systems exercised.
