The tires pictured aren't for everyone, but four of these 7.50 x 16s on that thing would change up the entire thing. And I came up with how to fix the wheelbase. With the new bigger diameter tires fitted, scribe a fair curve down the rear of the front wheel opening. If it's too hard to roll a bead after that, I'd weld a piece of EMT in there to simulate it.
