Update, I was able to buy a 5/32" and a 3/16" but lock is still not engaging. Seems that 5/32 is the proper size.

I just changed my steering box and verified that the lock piston was going down without the shaft installed. Steering wheel is orientated correctly with stock keyway and shaft lock sleeve is correct so don't know what is going on.

Looks like a job for another day.
